Troy is the Founder and Managing Director of Strategy Road, a consulting group that helps organisations design, implement and calibrate Purpose-aligned strategies. Troy has 25 years sales experience and has spent the past 15 years helping business leaders develop and implement aligned business & strategic plans. Troy has post-graduate qualifications in management, coaching and mentoring, and has supported clients in over 100 industry sectors including B2B, B2C, government and not-for-profit. Troy custom-builds and facilitates strategy & planning workshops, alignment & governance health checks, and advises clients on effective sales, customer experience and cultural wellbeing strategies. A prolific writer & creator of sales, marketing & leadership content, Troy ghost writes for a number of organisations and produces several podcasts for clients.
